Meredith Pellegrini
Meet Meredith
Some people help others change their habits.
Meredith Pellegrini helps people rebuild their relationship with themselves.
With more than two decades of experience in nutrition and clinical care, Meredith brings a rare blend of medical expertise, emotional understanding, and grounded encouragement to every client she works with. Her approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and refreshingly real. She understands that nutrition is never just about food. It is connected to stress, identity, confidence, routine, healing, and the way people move through everyday life.
That understanding is what makes her care feel different.
A Calm, Compassionate Approach to Nutrition
Meredith believes nutrition should feel supportive, not stressful.
Her counseling style is warm, collaborative, and judgment free. She focuses on helping clients create realistic habits that fit into their lives naturally, rather than forcing rigid plans that feel impossible to maintain.
Whether someone is managing diabetes, struggling with emotional eating, rebuilding trust with food, or working toward sustainable weight goals, Meredith creates an environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered.
There is a calm steadiness in the way she works. The kind that helps people breathe easier during conversations they may have avoided for years.
Her goal is never just short term results.
It is helping people build confidence, balance, and a healthier relationship with themselves that lasts long after appointments end.
Life Outside the Office
Originally from Tennessee, Meredith now calls Southern California home.
When she is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cycling, and hiking with her husband. She is also a proud mother of two incredible boys and stepmother to an amazing stepdaughter.
And once football season arrives, there is a good chance you will find her cheering passionately for her lifelong favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.
That balance between professional dedication and genuine joy for life naturally carries into the way she cares for others.
Grounded. Encouraging. Authentic.

She understands that everyone’s story is different, and she believes nutrition care should reflect that individuality with compassion, flexibility, and respect.
Because real progress starts when people feel seen, not judged.
Meredith’s Philosophy
“Health is not built through punishment or perfection. It is built through consistency, compassion, and learning how to work with yourself instead of against yourself.”
For Meredith, nutrition is about more than reaching goals.
It is about helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more at peace in their everyday lives.
